Off the Hook has the best fried catfish around. Don't be put off by the casual look of the location, as it caters primarily to take out. Also, don't expect chatty service. Place your order ahead of time and pick up your order upon arrival. Our favorite go to place for fried catfish!

It's a lot more than you expect. Low key spots are the best and this spot is an example of that.

This is an oldie but goodie. A classic hidden gem. Off The Hook is not your typical burrito spot. First of all, it is owned by Koreans and they specialize in seafood. Secondly, portion sizes are impressive. The burritos are the best bang for your buck. I usually get the hard-shell tacos or nachos. It's an American Korean seafood taco joint. What you gonna do? Although the food is tasty, the service is not the best. if you're in a rush or limited on time, go elsewhere because it takes 5 minutes to order and 15 minutes to wait and this is on a good day. It's usually a husband and wife team and English is not their strong suit. Be patient and kind and enjoy. Also Good luck calling in ahead to place a phone order, sometimes they answer the line. PS: don't think of dining inside. It looks like a prison cafeteria. Cold and bare like the DMZ in Korea.

FISH FRY DAY: Off the Hook is a staple in the neighborhood. This mom and pop has been serving fried snapper, fried catfish, fried tilapia, fried prawns fried oysters and even burritos for quite some time now and they are always delicious . Usually order the Fried Snapper and Prawns . They have regular or large and the portions can feed a whole family. It comes with fries and bread and the condiments are tartar sauce , hot sauce and ketchup! Super full lol Seafood is always crisp and nicely done and usually call it in because they are always busy . We came on a Friday afternoon and the parking is almost non existent in this area. Usually double park but make sure you don't get a ticket it's pretty busy on Telegraph. They are practicing all the social distancing protocols doing Covid- masks, distance, hand sanitizer and no seating indoors. Just takeout for now. Enjoy
